It is completely normal to feel unsure. Many people come for the first time without knowing exactly where to begin. A first conversation can be a way to sense whether it feels right for you.
We begin by talking about what has brought you to therapy and what you would like support with. The conversation takes place at a calm pace, with room to pause and explore what feels important to you.
A session lasts 60 minutes.
You do not need to prepare anything in advance. The most important thing is simply that you come as you are.
Yes, online sessions are possible if that suits you better.
Yes. Conversations in therapy are confidential. This means that what you share in the room between us is treated with respect and discretion.
THE THERAPY
Therapy with me is a place where we explore together what is taking up space in your life. We do not work from a fixed model, but begin with what feels alive and present for you.
We talk together, but we also pause along the way. We explore what happens in the body, in your emotions and in the relation between us.
Change often begins when we pause and become more aware of what is actually happening within us.

My practice is located on Grønnegade, just a few steps from Kongens Nytorv, in a beautiful old building from 1742.
Although the street outside is full of life, many people experience a particular sense of calm when they step inside the building.
Here, you will find safe and peaceful surroundings with space for presence, depth and confidential conversations.
If it fits better into your everyday life, online sessions are also possible.
