There are many ways to begin therapy.
Some people start with a single conversation to sense whether it feels right, while others wish to begin a longer process.
With me, you can begin with an introductory session, where we meet and talk about what is taking up space for you. Here, you can calmly get a sense of whether it feels right to continue working together.
FIRST STEP
A calm way to take the first step.
In the first session, we talk about what has led you to seek therapy and what you hope to get from the process.
At the same time, you have the opportunity to sense whether the room and the contact feel safe for you.
You do not need to decide on a full therapy process in advance.
The first conversation can simply be a way to sense whether it feels right.

PROCESS
Change often takes time.
When we meet several times over a period, there is an opportunity to work more deeply with the patterns and experiences that are taking up space in your life.
In a therapy process, we work at a pace where experiences can land and begin to make sense. Many people experience that greater clarity, calm and contact with themselves gradually develop when they attend therapy continuously.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The sessions take place in calm and safe surroundings in my clinic in Grønnegade in Copenhagen, a few minutes’ walk from Kongens Nytorv. A quiet space has been created here, with room for presence and depth in the conversation.
Cancellations or changes to an appointment must be made no later than 48 hours before the session. For later cancellations, the full session fee will be charged.
Conversations in therapy are confidential. This means that what you share in the room between us is treated with respect and discretion.
You can book an introductory session or start a process directly through the booking system. Once your session is booked, you will receive a confirmation with practical information about the session.
